Throwing an object similar to a fire extinguisher to obstruct vision! The spilled oil makes vehicles uncontrollable by lubricating their tires, causing them to skid. You can configure which vehicle classes will be affected by the spilled oil through the config file. For example, you can prevent off-road vehicles from being affected by the oil.
